May Snyder, is generally only in 12:30 - 5pm EST.
Do NOT bring horses to this address.

- Get from your location to I-95 and head towards Exit #100 : North East / Rising Sun
- Take Rt 272 SOUTH at the exit and follow towards North East
- Travel about 4 miles and you'll come into the cute little town of North East
- Office is on right
hand side across from Town Hall in the Bayside Office Center Building
Located only about 45 minutes from the Philly or Baltimore metro areas.

To donate / drop off horses:
Horses are housed in various foster homes in farms in/around Cecil County. Call to make arrangements and at that time you will be given instructions on where to bring the horse.
