Where: Cecil County Community Center, 17 Wilson Road, Rising Sun, MD, just minutes from I95.

When: December 1st from 9-3pm (vendors arrive at 8am)

Cost: Admission is FREE! Craft vendors may rent a table for $15.00

TACK NEEDED! Donate your new or used tack & horse supplies.
