Support our horses

Our program is paid for primarily through donations and adoption fees. We also apply for grants when possible.

Our biggest expenses in a given year are:

#1 Veterinarian and medical expenses - some months $1,000 or more

#2 Hay and feed

The rest of our funds go to supplies needed to care for the horses, expenses to put on our educational & other events, office supplies / postage, and misc costs. Our 2007 expenses will be filed at the end of December and will be posted & filed.

NEWS: Currently our area has been in a low-rainfall to drought status. Hay did not grow this years and some farmers did not get one of the cuttings. As a result hay is in short supply and far more expenses than in previous years.
